If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. | |

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. | |
What is the return policy? | |
www.aragonwatch.com offers a 30-day, money-back-guarantee return policy on all new merchandise. All scratch and dent sales are final. No returns or exchanges are available. Final Sale items are not returnable. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, please contact us with the order/invoice number and the product code or model# of the item you wish to return to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Please write the RA# clearly on the Original Packing Slip and also outside of the package. All returned watches must be in brand-new condition with the original packaging. Enclose the Original Packing Slip. Please save yourself a copy for future reference. Pack the return item securely. Use of an insured, traceable carrier is recommended. We cannot be held accountable for lost merchandise. Returns must arrive within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any returned item that does not meet these conditions may be deemed ineligible for refund/replacement/exchange and a return S&H fee may be charged. We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
